1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the ba444 website at ba444.io and all associated mobile-optimised pages, services, and features.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any individual who registers an account with ba444 or uses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the ba444 registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds credited to your Account at any given time.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, being the sole transaction currency on ba444.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by ba444 subject to wagering requirements and other conditions specified in individual promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by ba444 in accordance with this clause 5.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in clause 10 of these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing ba444, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you accept them without reservation.

2.2 These Terms apply to all use of the Platform including, but not limited to, casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, fishing games, crash games, and any other product or feature made available by ba444 from time to time.

2.3 ba444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of ba444 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.4 These Terms shall be read together with any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and ba444's Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific supplement expressly states otherwise.

3 Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to register and use ba444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person acting in your individual capacity, not on behalf of any other party;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of ba444 or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of any such person;
• You are not accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law in force against you personally;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or exclusion arrangement voluntarily initiated through your ba444 account;
• You have not previously had a ba444 account closed for breach of these Terms.

3.2 ba444 may, at its absolute discretion and without liability, refuse registration or suspend an existing account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any eligibility condition is not or is no longer satisfied.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on ba444. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under clause 10.

4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. ba444 accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect account information provided by you.

4.3 You must select a secure password for your Account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. ba444 treats any action taken using valid login credentials as authorised by the Account holder.

4.4 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. You must not allow any third party to use your Account to place wagers on your behalf. Any Account found to be shared or used by multiple individuals may be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 ba444 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. ba444 also reserves the right to close an Account at any time and to return the real-money balance to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 ba444 is required to verify the identity and age of all players. You may be requested to submit identity documents at any stage — including at registration, before your first withdrawal, when making a large deposit, or at any other time ba444 deems appropriate.

5.2 Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. ba444 may also request proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document issued within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership.

5.3 ba444 will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe, ordinarily within 48 business hours of receipt of a complete documentation set. Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of KYC verification.

5.4 Submitting falsified, altered, or fraudulent documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of any Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

6 Deposits

6.1 All deposits to ba444 are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ba444 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may change and is subject to the options displayed in your Account dashboard at the time of deposit.

6.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of initiating each deposit transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by Account tier.

6.3 ba444 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits received from accounts in a third party's name will be refunded and the depositing account may be suspended.

6.4 ba444 does not charge processing fees on standard BDT deposits. However, your payment provider may apply independent fees, for which ba444 accepts no responsibility.

6.5 Deposits are credited to your Account as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. ba444 does not guarantee deposit processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the reverse-payment policies of the relevant provider. ba444 reserves the right to request verification of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

7.2 Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within thirty (30) minutes for standard amounts once KYC verification is complete and no additional review is required. ba444 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

7.3 ba444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that meet certain risk thresholds. During such review periods, withdrawals may be held for up to five (5) business days. Players will be notified of any extended review.

7.4 Any Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited automatically. Only real-money funds that have satisfied all applicable conditions are eligible for withdrawal.

7.5 ba444 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, ba444 may retain funds pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 ba444 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback arrangements, free spins, and VIP programme benefits. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which must be read together with these general Terms.

8.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal is permitted;
• Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to the wagering requirement — contribution rates by game category are specified in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are forfeited;

8.3 ba444 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-generated winnings if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has obtained a bonus through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

9 Gaming Rules

9.1 All games available on ba444 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, as published within the game interface or associated help documentation. These rules form part of the agreement between you and ba444.

9.2 All casino game outcomes on ba444 are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and roulette mechanics conducted in real time. ba444 does not manipulate game outcomes.

9.3 Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body — ICC, BCB, FIFA, or equivalent — at the time of settlement. ba444 reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay settlement of markets where the integrity of an event is in question.

9.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game or bet, ba444 will take reasonable steps to reconstruct the state of play and settle fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected stakes will be refunded. ba444 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity failures on the Player's side.

9.5 ba444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that were the result of a manifest error, whether caused by human error, software error, or data feed error. In such cases, staked amounts will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

10 Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ba444. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate suspension of your Account, forfeiture of any Balance pending investigation, and may result in legal action:

• Creating more than one Account on ba444, regardless of the name, email, device, or payment method used;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or pricing errors to generate systematically positive expected value;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across ba444 and other platforms in a manner that constitutes abuse of the bonus system;
• Using ba444 to launder money or finance any illegal activity;
• Engaging in charge-backs or reversing payment transactions after receiving services or winnings from ba444;
• Allowing a minor (any person under the age of 21) to access your Account or use ba444 in any capacity;
• Any other conduct that ba444 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, dishonest, or detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on ba444 — including but not limited to the ba444 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio, software, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ba444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 No content from ba444 may be reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ba444. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform solely for personal and recreational use.

11.3 Any unauthorised use of ba444's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law, for which ba444 reserves all rights and remedies.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ba444's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

12.2 ba444 expressly excludes liability for: (a) any loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity; (b) any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss; (c) losses arising from internet connectivity failures, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events; (d) any loss arising from a Player's breach of these Terms.

12.3 ba444 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. ba444 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 ba444 collects, processes, and stores personal data about Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

13.2 ba444 uses Player data to administer Accounts, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, personalise the gaming experience, fulfil legal obligations, and prevent fraud. ba444 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13.3 Players have rights in relation to their personal data, including rights of access, rectification, and erasure, subject to applicable data protection law and ba444's legitimate interest in retaining records for legal and compliance purposes. 16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be referred to ba444's customer support team, who will endeavour to reach an amicable resolution within ten (10) business days of receiving a written complaint.

16.2 ba444 operates as an entertainment platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of ba444 complies with all laws applicable to them in their personal jurisdiction. ba444 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.

16.3 If a formal dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before commencing any formal legal proceedings.
